How Teamtastic Malmö AB & Teamtastic Göteborg AB handle your personal data
(In the text we refer to both companies only as "Teamtastic")
Teamtastic cares about your privacy and strives to protect your personal data in the best possible way. This policy describes why we collect information about you and how it is handled. We also describe what rights you have. By using our services, you agree to us using your personal data in this way. What personal data we process
We collect your personal data, such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address when you voluntarily share your personal data with us in any way via the website, for example when you contact us via the contact form on the contact page.
When you visit the website, we also collect anonymous device information - e.g. anonymized IP address, website settings, operating system, geographical information, platform and screen resolution (via statistical tools).
When you contact us by email or phone, we ask for your personal data, such as your name, company, phone number and email address, and the nature of your request.
How long we keep your data
Teamtastic will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. If you unsubscribe from our services, we will delete your personal data as soon as we can, with the exception of de-identified data that we may keep for statistical purposes.

The protection of your personal data
You should always feel safe when you provide us with your personal data. Teamtastic has therefore taken the necessary security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, modification, dissemination and deletion. For example, all data is stored in a database that is protected by access control and firewall.
We will never share your personal data with third parties without your permission. Sometimes we share your personal data with suppliers or subcontractors in order to fulfill our commitments to you.
Customer data may be shared between our sister companies, i.e. Teamtastic sometimes shares customer data with Utmaningarnas Hus i Malmö AB for marketing purposes.
Customer data linked to bookings is stored in our Simplybook booking system. The program is online-based and has its own data protection policy(read more).
We transfer information from our booking system to our online email marketing program, MailChimp (read more about how MailChimp protects your data at https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/). You can unsubscribe from all future mailings at any time by following a link in the mailings or contacting us.
If Teamtastic or a substantial part of Teamtastic's assets are acquired by a third party, personal data may be shared with the third party in order to continue the assignment.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have several rights that you should be aware of.
You have the right to request an extract from the register free of charge.
You have the right to have your personal data rectified if it is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading and the right to restrict the processing of personal data until it is amended.
You have the right to be forgotten, but deletion of personal data cannot take place if it is required to fulfill the agreement or if other Swedish or European law, court or government decision says otherwise, and if it is based on legitimate interest. Should you think that there are no legitimate reasons or that the legitimate interest is incorrect, you have the right to object to the processing.
You also have the right to withdraw consent, lodge a complaint about the processing with the Data Protection Authority and object to direct marketing.

What are cookies and how do they work?

_utma (two years) Used to distinguish users and sessions.
_utmz (six months) Used to save traffic sources or campaign to see where the visitor came from.
_utmb (30 minutes) Used to determine new sessions/visits.
_utmt (ten minutes) Used to throttle the query request.
*The cookies we use do not store any personal information and/or information related to the pages you visit. All data collected by Google Analytics for us to measure visitor statistics on the website is anonymized.
How to prevent cookies from being stored
You can delete cookies from your hard drive at any time, but this will cause your personal settings to disappear.
You can also change your browser settings so that it does not allow cookies to be stored on your hard disk. However, this will reduce the functionality of some web pages, may prevent access to member pages and may make certain content and features unavailable.
